Darken room, comfortably sit or lay away from the screen ( the further away from the screen, the stronger the effect ), fix gaze on the center of the Mandala, relax into the trance state and allow the holographic effect to appear.

Slowly breathe/feel into the Heart Center, relax and go with it.

As children we are taught beliefs.

In adolescence we fine tune these beliefs.

As adults these belief systems direct our interaction with the external world.

Specific circumstances in the external world will fall in line with our beliefs which we then form identities around – parent/sibling/employee/employer/child/loser/winner/lover, ad nauseum.

These identities are the basis of our stories and form our singular story, what we call our life.

It’s what we say who we are.

Just a limited linear mental construct of cherry picked stories to create a meaningful singular story of who we think we are.

Identities are a natural human mechanism of interacting with the world in its present state.

Identities serve a purpose in our growth and evolution.

However, when we cannot let go of these identities when the moment calls for it, they have become addictions.

We no longer flow with universal energy.

We trap energy within the body which becomes dis-ease.

We hold on tight to what has become comfortable but severely limited.

When we are in a state of ego consciousness, we are in a state of perpetual addiction in a futile attempt to control our life.

We are all addicted to identities in the external world.

That’s the state of consciousness we have been living in for millenia now.

Dropping into the Heart Center,

and living in the state of heart consciousness,

provides us the contrast and insight to see the addictions.

The identities.

The blockages of energy.

The underlying belief structures.

To see these belief systems within us requires strong focus and brutal self-honesty.

We are all distracted from focusing on recognizing these belief structures by the ubiquitous assault of media,

the organized propaganda machine for keeping the populace trapped in this low vibratory state of consciousness,

teaching us to be fearful apathetic consumers in the face of global poverty and environmental destruction,

to desire material excess and glamour,

marginalizing violence, aggression, and war,

glamorizing power over others and competition,

peddling sex as entertainment and self-gratification,

perpetuating addiction to identities of low vibratory beingness,

not able to recognize higher states of consciousness,

or even perceive that we are prisoners of an economic slavery system,

exacerbated by the propaganda machine itself,

and enforced by increasingly aggressive domestic paramilitary agencies,

and the greater military industrial war machine.

To fully wake up one must,

desire it,

THEN

drop into the Heart Center,

consciously moving focused attention,

from the frequency of Head-Space,

to the frequency of Heart-Space,

THEN

live from that sacred space,

the eternal present moment, the infinite NOW,

expanding into higher states of being and awareness,

embody higher aspects of your divine hyper-dimensional self.

Find your spiritual family,

help others find and activate,

their Heart Center consciousness,

to heal from their addictions.

Live in harmony,

Love

&

Peace.

Method – The Mandala is created through an intuitive process in a high energy state, centered in the Heart. The geometry is created using a motion tracer, set into individual layers with gradient colors, and then mixed until the finished Mandala “pops” out. No additional shapes or colors are artificially added. The geometry totally produces the shapes and patterns that arise. The finished Mandala then “tells” me what its name is.
